My first real memory—from the color of my shirt, to the sound of my mother’s voice—starts at six-years old. And yet, I carry memories from before that time. I remember my birth, the way my “Pops” cradled me in his arms, and my sisters’ innocent chagrin that I was not in fact their new baby brother, but sister. I remember because I see. I see albums of images documenting thirty years of memories—some fractured into a version of story I want to remember. Others, better remembered by the moment captured for me.
We believe images create stories of relationship—to ourselves, our families, the world around us. Through lifestyle photography—we emphasize reality over expectations, authenticity over perfection. For us, it’s about providing time and space to be as you are with a little encouragement along the way.
